Abstract |
The Certification Standards for Barrier Free Environment have been implemented since 2008. These days, concerns regarding the efficiency of the detailed plan presented in certification index and skeptical view toward this result are arising. It need to identify visually handicapped people's typical behavior when using building then analyze propriety of the evaluation item for convenience facility. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis on the Barrier Free certification item, to propose recommendations which considered special characteristics of the facilities for visual impaired people and to improve evaluation items. |
