Abstract The purpose of the study was to perform the apartment houses have the management association as an organization which makes agreements and divided owners who show individual opinions and promote personal profits. Likewise, apartment house management companies may have difficulty in expanding the target of service to individual owners in order to expand the maintenance area and provide the comprehensive housing life service, but it is necessary to find the best solution from other subjects including management associations and owners of partitioned property. Also, the hardware service as well as software service are included in the range of analysis and a number of cases based on the result of survey conducted in actual management field of apartment houses are presented and analyzed, and the service is examined and the matters requiring attention are drawn in order to clarify the comprehensive public facilities and services theoretically.
