Abstract |
While the current roles of regional center are changing due to various activities and strengthened centrality of each living spheres, the roles to embrace such changes is insufficient in consideration of its functionality. Aiming to this study based on such basic backgrounds is to provide various research data by followings, Firstly, comprehending a distribution status of Seoul zoning, and considering the zoning of surrounding area of 53 regional centers designated with Subway Adjacent Area. Secondly, analyzing its differences by considering a scale and regulation of the zoning system. Thirdly, providing various regional center management plans using not only the zoning system but relevant laws, regulations, an regional center management plans d systems to vitalize regional community by connect problems of subway adjacent area of regional center found based on above analysis. Regional center that accommodate various activities due to the diversification of functions & purposes shall be managed and used to vitalize region by proper zoning changes or to connect types that already regulated on "Special Act On The Promotion Of Urban Renewal" and planning guideline of district-unit plan. |
