Title Effects of Health Promotion Program of an Diabetes Elder in Senior Citizen Halls

Abstract This study was conducted to identify the effects of the health promotion program of an diabetes elder in senior citizen halls. 2 groups were classified and analysed in 114 participants data. Program was implemented from May to Oct. 2013. Physiological, physical and psycho·social index were analyzed for the effect of program. Changes of Physical index were most effective but the changes of physiological and psycho·social index were not effective. Number of possessed disease and health behavior influenced on the level of blood glucose level after program. The influence factors on quality of life in pre- and diabetes elderly was depression, health behavior and age. This results indicate community health promotion program for diabetes aged should be focused at depression, health behavior. Aged with diabetes have to be evaluated frequently and managed individually in the program.
