This study sample consisted of 479 H University students in Gangwondo. Data was collected from March 2013 to June 2013 and analyzed with descriptive statistics(frequency, percentage, ANOVA, and t-test) using SPSS 17.0. Subjects completed questionnaires on their general characteristic(demographics), physical activity, and wellness inventory. The results are as followings: first, significant difference in amount of physical activity was shown according to the college type; second, significant difference in wellness inventory was shown according to the gender, grade, college type, and the level of living expenses; third, significant difference in wellness inventory was shown according to the amount of physical activity. Based on the results of this study, this suggests that the amount of physical activity of university students may vary according to major, and their wellness inventory according to gender, grade, college type, and the level of living expenses. In addition, university students with larger amount of physical activity showed higher wellness inventory, so it is considered necessary for them to make efforts to increase the amount of physical activity in order to conduct a life of wellness.
