Abstract This study aims to examine the Body Composition, Cobb's Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness of High-school Girls with Scoliosis after 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training. To do so, it experimented 19 High-school Girls with Cobb's Angle over 10° assigning them to Exercise Group (n=9) and Chair Group (n=10) and let them do exercise for 50 minutes, 3 times a week during 12 weeks. For data analysis, two-way repeated measures ANOVA was used to analyze the interactive effect of the Exercise Training and Chair Training on the variables(Body Composition, Cobb's Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness) by group and time. The analysis brought forth the findings as follows. After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an no interactive effect in Body Composition, Cobb's Angle, difference between the left and right Electromyogram, in Flexibility and in Pain Consciousness. However, this study shows that After 12 weeks Exercise Training and Chair Training, there was an effect in the time period in Cobb's Angle, Electromyogram, Flexibility and Pain Consciousness.
