All nutrient intake were significantly higher in obesity groups than NWO groups (p<.05). Balanced energy ratios of carbohydrate, protein and fat were noted in both groups. There is a big difference between energy of most intake on weeks and energy of the least intake on weeks (p<.001). With regards to dietary quality, Nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) in NWO group was significantly lower than Obesity group (p<.05). MAR values for NWO group and Obesity group was 0.61 and 0.78, respectively and revealed a statistical significance (p<.01). |
