| Abstract |
In the process of expansion of modular housing is pushed ahead, this study is to investigate elements that is need to be taken in to consideration while planning modular housing and to improve satisfaction level through analysis of Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE). POE was carried out for Gongneungdong and Cheonyeondong, which then analyzed through descriptive statistics. As a result, elements such as insulation, floor plan, furniture and surrounding landscape need to be considered as well as noise and vibration problems need to be dealt in order to improve satisfaction of modular housing. Moreover, public space, floor plan for two, and maintenance needed more delicate planning. Elements derived from this study will contribute to planning of future modular housing. However, subject for this study was mainly university students which implies that, in henceforth, it needs to be carried out with a variety of age group. |
