| Abstract |
Elderly Welfare Center in an aging society is becoming important its role by providing information and services for hobbies and social participation. Researching the Senior Center Status, most of the buildings have passed since more than 17 years after completion, and most of the buildings are below the obstacle-free living environment certification standards. The government aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is pushing for a green renovation to improve the energy performance of buildings. At present, analyzes the status of Senior Center, Green remodeling is proposed in consideration of the living environment free from obstructions. Improved welfare of the elderly is significant in providing a comfortable and convenient space for the user. |
