Title Effects of Regular Exercise Participate on Fitness, Farmer’s Syndrome and Health Behaviors

Abstract Several studies have been carried out in order to evaluate the potential influence of increased physical activity on the health and functional ability of the elderly. However, only limited information is available on the effects of exercise ball training for farmer’s. The purpose of this study was to investigate and verify effects of 16 week exercise training on fitness, farmer’s syndrome and health behavior in farmers. Five-seven man and woman were randomly assigned to an exercise group(n=28) or a control group(n=29). The training program consisted of 2 sessions per weeks core and proprioceptive training. The fitness test batter was performed to assess the physical fitness, farmer’s syndrome and health behavior. Results of this study are as follows. First, As a result of low endurance, cardiopulmonary test, a significant difference(p<.05) were found between groups, and dynamic balance was a significant difference(p<.05) were found between groups, time, and interaction. There is a significant in groups, time, and interaction in farmer’s syndrome and health behavior. In conclusion, 16 week exercise training is considered a useful training method for enhancing farmer’s fitness, farmer’s syndrome and health behavior.
