| Abstract |
The elderly population in Korea is 13.1% in 2015, which corresponds to an aging society. And the aging population is an unprecedented progress at the fastest rate in the world. The approaching entry into the aged society. As a result, the importance of the social environment is increasing. Current elderly people are active and aggressive according to aging in place, active senior, and independent family. Through this, This study was an interest in the elderly community of regional scope. This study focuses on the elderly community based on the elderly who are different from the existing community. Elderly community receives a lot of impact on the physical environment. Characteristics include accessibility, mobility, locality, and safety. There are ways to revitalize the elderly community, such as the use of existing public facilities, miniaturization·decentralization, location and the expansion of opportunities for participation. |
