Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is to develop a predictive model of the COP of geothermal heat pump system using artificial neural network. In order to develop the prediction model, the target building is modeled though the TRNSYS energy simulation program. The initial input variables are derived based on the COP calculation formula and then the optimal input variables are derived by analyzing the correlation between input and output variables by unstandardized coefficient and variance analysis. COP prediction model is developed using optimal input variables and applying hidden node number according previous research results. The developed prediction model is applied to the geothermal heat pump system, the expected effect is energy saving and performance improvement. |
