| Abstract |
Various researches are being carried out and various policies are being actively implemented for energy efficiency of buildings. Therefore, the participation in the related parties is actively required for the energy efficiency of the building. However, the biggest problem of the energy efficiency of the building is lack of information and it is required to construct a database on energy efficiency information. Therefore, this study analyzed the application status of the installation system in non residential buildings, constructed the EEM and the economic DB which can be applied and evaluated by using ECO2, which satisfies domestic legal standards. In addition, the target building was selected and the optimal EEM of the target building was derived by applying the EEM and the economic DB constructed through the EEM derivation process. |
