| Abstract |
This study presents a framework for selecting viewpoints by reviewing the literature and reports of domestic landscape plans, and has set up weighted index items of AHP importance through questionnaires and expert questionnaires through the selection. The selected items were applied to the cases that passed the deliberation of the unit plan scenery of the Gyeonggi province, and the actual situation analysis was analyzed. Landscape simulation is the most important aspect of landscape planning review in the landscape review, and selection of viewpoints is an important part of the review in landscape simulation. In order to select a systematic view point in the view point review, a selection criterion is required. Expert, public officials and practitioners in each field are required to review the point of view from various perspectives. As a result of analyzing the case paper by these demands, it was analyzed that it focused on the items of the lower rank, and it was analyzed that the viewpoint of priority of the highest rank selected as the most necessary and important was not reviewed. |
