Abstract The architectural design success of hospital ward will be based on how easily and quickly medical services can be offered for patients in the ward space organization among patient's room, nurse station, and public space. In the context, this paper attempts to suggest an efficient ward design for integrated inpatient nursing care in general hospitals by delphi survey. According to the survey, cluster type ward floor plan will be one of the most efficient ward designs with access convenience, visual utility for patient care, short circulation, and easy to use the medical & public facilities.
