Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the health and safety practice level of childcare teachers for infants and toddlers. The subjects were 120 the childcare teachers. Data were collected through questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was performed. In result, factors influencing the practice level of health and safety of childcare teachers were self-efficacy on health and safety and the attendance of child care teachers' health and illness courses. In addition to the self - efficacy of health and safety, job stress of child care teachers was also identified as variables related to the practice of health and safety of child care teachers. In order to prevent accidents in health and safety at day care centers, various programs should be developed to raise the childcare teachers’ selfefficacy of health and safety. |
