Title Impact of Factors Coronary Artery Disease in Adults: Based on the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2016∼2017

Abstract This study is a secondary data analysis to identify factors affecting coronary artery disease in Korean adults using the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Data were analyzed 5573 subjects from the 1st and 2nd year (2016 ~ 2017) National Health and Nutrition Survey conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, except for no response or missing. According to the analysis method of complex sampling design method, SPSS / WIN 21.0 program was used to analyze complex sample descriptive statistics, Rao-Scott X² test, and complex sample logistic regression. In demographic factors, gender, age, and health-related factors include body mass index, depression, dyslipidemia, biochemical factors, total cholesterol, and lifestyle-related smoking were associated with coronary artery disease. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the importance of preventing coronary artery disease and to develop and apply a program for effective health care.
