Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to understand the perception of openness and the mechanisms that emerge from the perspective of elementary and secondary school personnel in relation to the opening of school sports facilities as living sports facilities, and to seek ways to revitalize living sports. In-depth interviews were conducted with five school sports specialists. We needed our own rules and manuals considering school specificities for opening school athletic facilities. Users of school sports facilities should rationalize the usage fee, to be of benefit to the school finance, and local governments should provide discretion and immunity for school principals to actively openning the sports facilities. The opening of school sports facilities should strengthen the legal basis for creating a future-oriented sports environment. |
