The effect of on health-related quality of life was statistically significant(F=54.52, p<.001). This study model which applied stepwise multiple regression, was statistically significant, and the factors that explain the effect on health-related quality of life were perceived health status, perceived self-efficacy, perceived benefit, and perceived barrier, social and physical environment, it showed 57.2% explanatory power. It is necessary to develop a community-participated nursing intervention program that can lead to health promotion and improvement in health-related quality of life.
