| Abstract |
Design guidelines for the Green remodeling project were already been operated by organizations and associations. However, it is difficult to actually apply these design guidelines, if the purpose of the project is to convert old buildings into zero-energy buildings. In this study, the process, design method, and precautions for the Green remodeling project were analyzed and arranged based on the zero energy conversion project by Seoul, which was carried out for two welfare facilities of senior citizens in Seoul. |
