| Abstract |
This study is intended to contribute to the establishment of priority among planning factors from environmental sustainability point of view influencing residential satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this paper used systematic random sampling methods which is mainly
based on questionaires in Sanbon New Town. After Freqency analysis and Correlation analysis, Used were Factor analysis, Reliability analysis and Multiple regression analysis with SPSS10.0.
Result of Factor analysis shows that planning factors from environmental sustainability point of view were divided into the urban level factors, the housing estate level factors and resources savings factors. From the result of Multiple regression, the total satisfaction was most influenced by housing estate level factors among the three levels. Urban level factors were found to be more important to the total satisfaction than resources savings factors. |
