| Abstract |
The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between housing unit floor plan configuration and housing price. This research seeks to utilize regression modelling techniques in order to test the hypothesis that there is a measurable relationship between the unit floor plan configuration of condominium and sale value. The data for empirical analysis were collected from 146 unit floor plans in 55 condominium site in the city of Yongin. The result shows that a relative size of master bathroom compared to master bedroom and a relative size of 5th largest bedroom compared to 2nd largest bedroom have deep impacts on housing prices. The ratio of length and breadth of the master bedroom is also positively related to the housing prices. |
