| Abstract |
This is a study on the various housing complex regeneration alternatives applicable underthe present law by searching aggravation of daylight conditions in housing complexremodeling through three-dimensional model simulation. For the purpose of this study,internal and external movements concerned with it were reserched and special qualities of theregeneration were grasped by comparing it with present remodeling, and the problems ofdaylight conditions of present remodeling housing complex were verified through thesimulation modeling. On the basis of this, applicable various regeneration methods werestudied and the synthetic housing complex regeneration model appling them is made andthose were verified by three-dimensional daylight analysis. This experiment is to understandpossibility and limitation on the application of housing complex regeneration method, withthis, institutional supplement and mitigation for more desirable housing complex regenerationwas discussed. In conclusion, this study indicate that various housing complex regenerationsare possible within the framework of present law and if technical and institutional loop holesare complementary to this method we have another alternative to improvement of residentialenvironment within urban. |
