Abstract Bidding the Internatioanl Organization (ater I.O) provides the chance to the development of national, urban economy perpetually. Increasing the population number of economy, strengthening the regional identity, and also increasing the amount of tax by the regional people who work for the I.O. However, due to the inherent character of I.O, some negative effects to the existing city, those are the spatial seperation between the new structure and old urban fabric, and social polarization by the short of interaction with local people. In western Euruope, for the sufficient support for the bidding and operating the I.O, some cities designates a certain area as International Zone, to be applied by urban masterplan. Referring to the relation of urban center, those are to be classified by Center-seperation type, Centerneighbor type, and Spreading type. Those are also closly located by multi-modal point as international airport or train station. As supporting facities, housing, education, hotel and convention, and commercial should be considered to help for the expat to settle down. To overcome the sepation of existing urban fabric, those cities have a strategy to anchoring their internatioanl Zone as connection of existing cultural facitlites, giving the public green space for the middle area, connecting the urban monument, and making a “new axis for the development.”
