| Abstract |
In this study, the Su Duck Sa collective facilities area has been selected as a case for landscape design planning. Even though the collective facilities area of cultural hertiage has been developed with comfortable character since it was recognized as a local development factor in the 1970~80s, its aging problems have been accumulated along with certain changes in tourism preferences, legal controls, private properties, etc. The purpose of this study is suggest reforming methods through a design plan for the collective facility area. In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to implement a more effective landscape management. |
