Abstract |
The purpose of this paper is looking for the possibility toward new level of urban landscape throughout the case study of landscape agreement. This paper focused on the Japan’s real case and similar projects. Already in Japan, the better urban landscape project have been made by regional residents without any law, which is related with neighborhood unit and community landscape ordinance and regulation. In 2004, they made the Urban Landscape Law. Also, each state is trying to make their own urban landscape with their state’s characteristic. These are the points of the case study. First, a good and long-term landscape can be managed by continuity of landscape agreement. Second, every each landscape management is able to get their own characteristic. Third, in the introduction stage of landscape management, the demonstrative enterprise is more effective in a new district and downtown area. Conclusionally, these points are very important, because the Korea we are the beginning stage in the urban landscape planning. |
