| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest some application measures and a reasonable improvement methods through an apartment of District Unit Plan in Gyeonggi province. It made a timely appearance both forms on the actual condition. First of all, increasing individual developments reveals problems such as inconsideration of infrastructure and circumstances in which the majority area of individual developments were approved by housing law. Second, 1th general residential area was caused by a lack of infra and disharmony within the landscape with a high-rise apartment building. Third, changing from a natural green area to a residential area causes unplanned(leap frog) development in urban area. Subsequent improvement suggest are as follows, First, it is necessary to strengthen the Urban Planning Council and District Unit Plan Guideline. Second, residential areas should be excluded disapproval uses and permitted a designated the type of uses, heights, floors in the district. Third, in the case of it were accompanied by land-use change, in principle with the need for the strength of guideline and making a radical reform of Urban Planning Ordinance. Finally, it is necessary to need to be reviewed the national land planning law and District Unit Plan system. |
