| Abstract |
This study examined design factors that should be comprehensively considered in the fields of urban plan, architecture, landscape architecture and transportation upon designing pedestrian environment and calculated the priority with them. This study has its own significance as followings: (1) it quantifies the values of direct/indirect design factors that should be importantly considered upon planning and designing pedestrian environment at the time of facing a new paradigm and hybrid. (2) it looks over the relationship among design factors that have not been considered in the previous studies. If we consider the land-use characteristics and increase the reliability of survey result on expert regarding pedestrian environment design factors, we could be able to provide standards to specialists involved in the pedestrian environment design. |
