It is ascertained that the socio-political changes result from the increased responsibilities on the regional community and are related to ‘lecture contents’, ‘execution of the established plan’, and ‘overall satisfaction on the program’. These findings stay in accordance with precedent studies in that each change made in the capability realm is not a separated aspect but rather appear as multi-dimensional results, and the personal changes become an important starting point to lead interpersonal and socio-political changes afterwards. Therefore, the study suggests that strategies need to be established for the ‘the executive faculty’ equipped with constant management on ‘satisfaction of the program’, ‘lecture contents’ differentiated by target participants and levels, and budget planning or labor force supporting of the program to achieve the residents empowerment by executing the program. |
