Abstract |
This study aims to determine the factors which affect 'the Pilot Project of Human Town in Seoul' and to identify the relationships among these factors. For this study, 113 residents in three neighborhoods (Seo Won, Sun Yu, and Neung Ahn) are surveyed. The questionnaires are formulated with a total of 39 items of 5 major factors such as physical, social, administrative, performance, and evaluation aspects based on existing studies. Using the survey results, a covariance structure analysis is conducted to identify the significant factors on the Human Town project. The survey shows that physical, social, and administrative aspects affect the project. In addition, the residents recognize the necessity of the project itself although they are not completely satisfied with the Human Town project. The analysis shows that social factors are more influential than physical and administrative factors on the performance and evaluation of the project. |
