Three significant and strategical business methods are suggested. First, it needs to decide how to use historic and cultural heritage and to plan on the networks based on the formation of core space. Second, under a theme, facilities should be developed to provide theme experiences, and marketing approach, such as employing festivals and events, should be included. Third, it has to be accompanied with leaders for organizing communities in case of small and medium-sized cities with poor connections among citizens. |
