| Abstract |
This study evaluates the urban design elements of urban regeneration space. An ongoing community business selected in Busan was classified and present condition examined. Also, evaluation factors were drawn and evaluated by type. Based on the analysis of survey results to the IPA, Golmokjeomppang(shop) needs improve openness, comfort, and convenience. Playground book cafe(cafe) needs enhance of more safety, regionality and amenity. Ameegoal happiness Center(Experience) needs a safe and easy pedestrian access and more energy saving effort. And improvements in the local image, aesthetics, safety, amenity, convenience and more energy saving are priority in Baegyang village school(education). Compared to previous studies focusing on the business part of the community business, this study is meaningful in that physical environment is contemplated as an important element in urban regeneration. |
