Abstract |
The national boom to urban regeneration methodologies, such as Maeul-Mandeulgi is the positive result of finding alternative solutions and reflection of redevelopment methodology. Prudent policies that considered cities and dwelling environment performances as the willingness of residents is required to play in residential neighborhood regeneration. This study aim at suggesting lot-based housing renewal method that preserve the urban tissue and attract voluntary regeneration for applying public-interest in the building agreement such as streets and community facilities. Lot-based stair space is utilized by means of housing through stretch the meaning of public assets of urban. Conceptualization and effectiveness of the core-shared development methods are examined in pre-existing urban district concentrated small block and plot. As a result, the possibility of voluntary regeneration increased by additional area of exclusive use space every plot within the maximum Floor Area Ratio. The possibility of sustainable land-use is examined as lot-based urban tissue are preserved. Last, new low-rise housing type which contribute the community of solidarity and revitalization are examined. |
