Abstract |
Recently, frequent and various safety accidents, increase of social crime and aging have threatened the physical, economic and psychological safety of citizens. Therefore, despite the increasing importance of safety in a city, systematic system for the implementation of safe community is in a very low status. In Korea, the development process of the safety programs and policies does not sufficiently consider the establishment of high risk groups and the cause of safety accidents. Furthermore, there is a limitation that the characteristics of the city are not reflected. The purpose of this study is to derive safe community big data application algorithm so that safe communities can be implemented based on systematic and objective facts. Accordingly, we analyzed the official applications of the local governments that received the safe community certification. First, we converted the contents of the document that was used in accordance with the scientific approach procedure of injury into data. Then, the data were classified according to their attributes. Next, the problem of the process of deriving domestic safe community program was identified, and improvement plan of big data application base was developed. Mapping the plan to the big data architecture, a big data application algorithm for safe community implementation was finally made. |
