Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to objectively evaluate ubiquitous city policy through cognitive survey of ubiquitous city residents, and to propose a smart city policy direction in which the citizens feel their emotions. The main research results are as follows. First, residents of ubiquitous cities generally had low level of satisfaction with municipal response to urban problems, and particularly dissatisfied with environmental disaster response system. Second, despite the fact that cities are catchphrases for smart cities, residents' perception of smart cities is very low. Thirdly, it was found that the sense of experience was lower than the importance of smart city service, and IPA(Inportance-Performance Analysis) showed that it is necessary to focus on improving smart city services in health, welfare, medical care, crime prevention, disaster prevention, and facility management. Fourth, the smart city service sector, which has a major impact on citizens' perception of their cities as smart, is residential, security, disaster prevention, and administrative. Fifth, the biggest concern for citizens in smart cities is the problem of information system malfunction. It is necessary to review and analyze quantitatively and qualitatively the results and limitations of the ubiquitous urban policy projects planned and implemented for the existing urban areas through additional studies in the future. |
