| Abstract |
This study analyzes the key elements and their effects of living lab for smart urban-regeneration projects and devises an analysis platform that can predict the results of living labs. In addition, this study deeply analyzes the cases of living labs in Goyang City based on the devised platform. This study proposed a ‘Living Lab Analysis Platform(LLAP)’ that is drawn by combining the key elements, project types, and expected outcomes of a living lab. The key elements of Living Lab were input elements (stakeholders, context, infrastructure), activity elements (methodology and approach, governance), task characteristics, and outcome characteristics. The task characteristic element and the outcome characteristic element were analyzed by devising a type matrix, respectively. The LLAP systematically presents the essential review elements to propel the smart urban-regeneration project in the living lab method. Based on this, it will be possible to determine what type of specific projects of the smart urban-regeneration living lab and to establish the necessary strategy accordingly. In-depth case analysis will help the practitioners decide the factors that need to be weighed for successful living lab projects and predict the outcome. |
