Abstract |
Recently, public architecture has been required not only to provide public services, but also to serve as a base for the local community, but diagnosis of changes in population demand at the local level or appropriateness of supply compared to demand have not been discussed in depth. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of local financial on the level of public building growth in areas where the population has decreased, and to derive improvement measures for local financial investment review required when building public buildings. The panel analysis showed that the regression coefficient of local grant tax was significantly higher in population reduction areas, indicating an imbalance in supply and demand as dependent resources drive the increase in public buildings. This increase in public architecture is likely to dampen local finances, so urgent improvements are also needed in the perspective of extinction of local cities. Based on the analysis results, first, it is necessary to review changes in population demand at the local financial investment review stage, and second, second, financial resources, which are the criteria for investment screening, need to be changed to original sources and reviewed as self-financing resources, and improved so that they can be linked to the level of population reduction and the current status of public buildings supplied. |
