| Abstract |
This study examines the effects of the Youth-Housing project on urban regeneration through literature review and survey aims to provide coexistence plans for Youth-Housing and urban regeneration and explores the roles of youth in local revitalization. First of all, analysis results indicated that the Youth-Housing project in the station area of urban regeneration will provide solutions for parking issues and communities spaces. Second, this study proposed plans to connect youth to economic and social revitalization. Third, residents who know better about urban regeneration programs have higher local attachment and awareness of urban regeneration and projects. Also, the closer of Youth-Housing project location and urban regeneration sites is, the higher the awareness of local problems among residents was found. |
