| Abstract |
Sejong Government Complex has been planned to apply for a new concept of government complex layout and multifunctional land-use through various planing processes. District units plan for Sejong Government Complex has been modified over 50 times in response to the change of development condition. This paper proposes a modified master plan of Sejong Government Complex that considers extension of government buildings and unused plots around it. This plan modification is based on the analysis of existing condition and planning process of previous master plans. The modified master plan improves an integration of Government Complex, and shows restructuring of green networks with enlarged green space and reservation area for adapting to future changes. This paper also has a purpose to record the process of plan modification for additional revision to deal with coming changes in Sejong Government Complex. |
