Abstract |
In this study, the size of the microclimate grid was set by the horizontal resolution of the climate observation equipment, and the microclimate map was produced by gridding the country. Through these data, this research proposes an insulation performance criteria of exterior wall that can prevent the defect of modern architecture and improve energy performance. First, the clusters of climatic factors in the energy efficiency of the structure was divided seven. Second, a rate of wall thermal transmittance was proposed that satisfies the conditions of 20℃, 50% without any defects on the outer wall surface for each cluster. Based on this, this research proposes the thickness of each insulation material that the insulation material on Korean Industrial Standards could be directly applied on the site by physical property. Third, guidelines were proposed to improve energy performance and secure the stability of exterior walls for each cluster. |
