Abstract |
This study aims to develop a smart and green service for the standard model focused on fishing villages and to suggest an application plan. The standard model presented in this study can be spread and disseminated to fishing villages New Deal areas. This model was designed to enable sustainable management as well as integrating the service model and operating model. The service model was composed of a general service for solving general problems in fishing villages and a customized (specialized) service for solving problems in targeting site. The operational standard model was designed as a circulatory structure for discovering new services and improving standard model services through feedback as well as operation/management of the entire data lifecycle such as collection, storage, processing, and utilization of data derived from the service standard model. The application plan of the smart and green fishing village was prepared through the standard model development and dissemination roadmap according to phase such as project preparation phase (short-term), implementation phase (medium-term), and plan spread phase (long-term). In particular, this study presented the concept of smart region to revitalize the smart and green fishing village plan which is to utilize the smart infrastructure of local governments(e.g. eup, myun, si, gun and gu) to provide and manage services. |
