Abstract The purpose of this study is to conduct a perception survey on residents ofapartment complexes reflecting specialized plans, diagnose application status throughcomparative analysis with field surveys, derive problems of specialized planelements and top priority improvement factors, and suggest implications forspecialized plan establishment and management. As a result of the analysis, first, itseems that many parts of the reflection are not recognized compared to the highinterest of the specialized plan, so it is judged that a detailed plan that is morediscriminatory, sustainable, and exposed to the majority is needed. Second, it isnecessary to strengthen and supplement the planning of community planningelements, as it shows a lot of interest in community elements compared to theelements applied and reflected in individual housing parts. Third, as a result ofcomparative analysis with the field survey, it was judged that it was necessary tocontinuously manage creative space and introduce differential plans for auxiliarywelfare facilities, which are the top improvement factors. Through this analysis, specific and active efforts will be needed to not only solve the problem of the topimprovement factor, but also to show the nature of the living area well andmaintain it continuously according to the definition of the specialized plan.
