Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications for user-oriented and regionally customized expansion of Local Living Service Facilities in Seoul. To this end, a more detailed empirical analysis of the current status of facilities in Jeonnong-Dapsimni, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, taking into consideration the detailed status of facilities and local walking conditions from the user's point of view, were conducted. As a result, the study reached the three following implications. First, in establishing the expansion plan of facilities, it is necessary to consider whether the facilities are actually operated, their size, and facilities excluded from detailed analysis. Second, parking lots, leisure welfare facilities for the elderly, and public sports facilities are obligatory to be installed within apartment complexes of a certain size or larger, so in supplying these facilities, priority should be given to areas other than apartment complexes. Third, the level of supply and accessibility of facilities should be reviewed in the expansion plan, taking into account differences in sidewalk, slope, and proportion of apartment complexes according to urban form. |
