| Abstract |
Architectural assets have different values depending on the regional types. In order to find an effective utilization methods, it is necessary to suggest a plan to utilize assets according to the regional type. It is to derive the value characteristics of assets according to regional type and to seek utilization methods for each regional type. Cheongju-si(base city) and Okcheongun(surrounding city) in Chungcheongbukdo can be classified into types with polar characteristics in regional types, and six assets that show characteristics of regional types were selected as study subjects. The degree of utilization of assets was derived through the analysis of the basic survey table of assets. When preserving and utilizing assets, it is necessary to distinguish between conservation areas and non-conservation areas for value expression. In order to present the value of Cheongju’s assets, it can be said that making the characteristics of modern industry appear is a method that considers regional type. Considering the regional type of Okcheongun, the way to express the value of assets is to reveal the modern lifestyle of local residents and form a community of local residents. |
