Abstract |
In order to create urban competitiveness in Busan, this study would like to analyze the landscape of Busan and present specialized plans for urban landscape in the future. For Busan’s landscape analysis, the big data analysis platform ‘Textom’ was used, and co-occurrence, TF-IDF, CONCOR analysis, and sentiment analysis were applied. As a result of the analysis, the main issues of Busan landscape were derived as ‘Landscape problem occurrence factor’, ‘Landscape attraction factor’, ‘Landscape improvement target’, ‘Busan original city landscape’, ‘Old landscape regeneration’, ‘Busan Lotte-Tower observatory’, ‘Happy city fishing village’, and ‘Factory building landscape color’. After that, in order to track specific emotional factors, based on the word tree chart, measures to strengthen Busan’s landscape positive factors and offset negative factors were proposed. The measures to strengthen the positive landscape elements of Busan include ‘Sustainable development for the preservation of Busan’s nature scenery’, ‘Preservation and development of viewpoints’, ‘Direction of landscape lighting according to the characteristics of the site’, ‘Harmony between artificial facilities and natural scenery’, ‘Creating a unique space that integrates historical and cultural contents’ were proposed. and measures to offset Busan’s negative landscape factors include ‘Unplanned development avoidance and sustainable landscape creation’, ‘Busan’s landscape-related facilities maintenance and creation’, ‘Reviewing whether various projects are carried out’ and ‘Enhancing landscape value by strengthening the identity of the place’. |
