Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Moa-Town core facility installation plan, which is a Seoul-type model of a Small-scale housing improvement management area, and to derive differences by comparing the core facility installation plan in the management plan and the demand analysis results of superblocks and target sites, which is the Scope of review presented in the Moa-Town Management Plan Guidelines, focusing on the first four sites. The results of the study are as follows. First, the core facilities applied to the Moa-Town management plan included roads, parks, parking lots, and sports facilities. Second, the core facilities derived through analysis out of service areas and supply levels by review Scope showed differences between the planned core facilities of the management plan for each sites. Lastly, the core facilities derived as a result of the demand analysis by review Scope differed from the government-funded support plan in the Moa-Town management plan. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to derive the necessary facilities through demand analysis by analysis Scope and establish a government-funded support plan for the core facilities in the Moa-Town management plan, as well as establish a plan that reflects future population changes and future demands. |
