Abstract |
This study analyzes how flood mitigation effects vary by design type, focusing on mandatory park and green space ratios in such zones. Using Rhino and Grasshopper, rainwater particle flows were simulated based on terrain and buildings in three zones in Seoul with flood records?Sillim, Noryangjin, and Hannam Redevelopment Promotion Zones. The analysis revealed that revised plans in Sillim and Noryangjin improved flood mitigation compared to the originals, while Hannam showed no significant improvement. This study examines the impact of park and green space plans in redevelopment projects on urban disaster prevention. Given the scale of these projects, green spaces should not only offer recreation but also address disaster prevention and climate change. |
