| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the external public space in the complex in terms of securing publicity for the reconstruction completed complex in the Banpo apartment district along the Han River based on drawing analysis and on-site surveys, and to derive a plan to improve the publicity of the external public space through site plan. As a result of the study, the planned characteristics of the complex that secured publicity were derived from a walking route system that organically connects the facilities inside the complex, living convenience facilities in various industries that require visits from outsiders other than residents, open spaces with various themes, connection arrangements between infrastructure, and securing a diameter axis of more than 20m considering visual openness. The results of the study can be used as a reference for the planning stage of public contribution and public open facilities in the future reconstruction complex maintenance plan along the Han River and the complex plan to improve publicity. |
