Abstract Nano-sizedporearrayswerepreparedbytheself-organizationprocessesoftheanodicoxidationusingthealuminumplatewith99.999 %purity.Sincethealuminumplatehasaroughsurface,thealuminumplateof1mmthicknesswasanodizedafterthepre-treatmentsofpressing,mechanicalpolishing,thermaloxidation,chemicalpolishing,andelectrochemicalpolishing.Thediameterofthenano-sizedporesandthethicknessofbarrierlayercanbecontrolledbyappliedvoltage.Thethicknessofaluminamembranecanalsobecontrolledbytheanodizingcurrent.Thenano-sizedporeswithdiameterof60 ~120nm,thedistancebetweenthenearestporesof30 ~60nm,andthethicknessof6 ~7Wwereobtainedbytheanodicoxidationprocess.Theporewideningprocesswasemployedforobtainingtheone-channelwithflatsurfacebecausetheporesofthealuminamembranepreparedbythefixedvoltagemethodshowsthestructureoftwo-channelwithroughsurface.
