Abstract	Animpedancecalculationmethodfortheirregularshapedpowerdistributionnetworksispresented.Theirregularshapedmetal-dielectric-metalboardissplitintothreepieceofsegmentstocalculatetheimpedancebetweenthetwoseparatedpointsontheboard.Transmission-matrixdescriptioncorrespondingtotheunitcolumnofboardandtheconnectionofunitcolumnboardareintroduced.Thenthetransmission-matrixfortheeachsegmentiscalculatedandreducedtothe2-portsimpedancematrix.Theproposedalgorithmisveryfastcomparingtheexistingmethods.Appliedtothe6inchby5inchsizeirregularshapedboard,theproposedmethodshows15timesfasterthantheelectromagneticorcircuitanalysismethod.
